Suzuki launched two new sports bikes in India

Suzuki Motorcycle India last week launched the superbikes GSX-R1000 and Bandit1250S in India. The GSX-R1000 has a new chassis with a shorter wheelbase, and a longer swingarm.

It’s got three performance settings that provide control over the power delivery. The GSX-R1000 is available in white/ blue and black/ silver, and costs Rs 12.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Bandit1250S has a 1255 cc high-tech liquid cooled engine and a fuel injected double overhead camshaft (DOHC) power-plant.

It is available in two colours — metallic gleam grey and pearl nebular black — and is priced at Rs 8.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bikes have been launched in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur and Cochin.
